About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting across various roles specifically for the Czech Republic's technical and manufacturing sectors. Collaborating with teams in a global technology leader environment at KONE.

Responsibilities

  • Managing recruitment activities for a wide range of roles (production, specialist, managerial, and director-level) for our locations in Prague, Ústí nad Labem, and across the Czech and Slovak regions
  • Handling the full end-to-end recruitment process, including selecting the most appropriate recruitment tools and strategies
  • Supporting and developing employer branding initiatives
  • Working closely with hiring managers to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
  • Building talent pools for business critical positions
  • Ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and engaging for the candidates
  • Utilizing external recruitment tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms to identify and attract top talent
  • Collaborating with schools and universities, organizing internship and trainee programs, and promoting KONE among young talent
  • Participating in a variety of talent acquisition projects and initiatives aimed at improving our recruitment processes

Requirements

  • Experience in independently managing recruitment processes across various organizational levels (both white- and blue-collar roles)
  • Experience in the technical or manufacturing industry
  • Strong command of Czech and English
  • Good analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools
  • A self-driven and self-motivated approach is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and openness to regular business travel (between Prague and Ústí nad Labem)
