Responsibilities
Own daily BAU support for Salesforce issues and requests from Sales and Customer Service
Configure and enhance Salesforce so it stays secure, scalable, and aligned to business needs
Build and maintain reports and dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance
Manage onboarding admin – user setup, profiles, permissions and access
Contribute to Flows, Apex, LWC and integrations that streamline Sales and Service processes (with guidance)
Maintain data quality and governance (sharing rules, role hierarchies, permission sets)
Support integrations between Salesforce and other systems, and help spot optimisation opportunities
Requirements
Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer in a commercial or multi-team environment
