Responsibilities
As a Senior Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) you are the driving force behind our Salesforce platform.
You ensure that Salesforce serves as the central data hub that efficiently supports business processes at aedifion and scales with our growth.
You combine technical Salesforce expertise with project-management skills and act as a reliable interface between business requirements and technical implementation.
You are the point of contact for technical challenges and serve as the bridge between business requirements and development.
Independently design and implement features, automations and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and extensive customization within the existing Salesforce ecosystem.
Develop and optimize REST API-based integrations between Salesforce and our internal backend to ensure seamless, bidirectional data flows.
Promote internal knowledge building around Salesforce through targeted documentation, the establishment of sustainable development standards and active knowledge transfer.
Work closely with your stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations, Development and Management) and reconcile differing interests constructively.
Support Salesforce projects operationally from initial requirements gathering through development and testing to a successful go-live.
Collect requirements from various business units in a structured way, translate them into precise technical specifications and develop a prioritized, business-oriented roadmap.
Work closely with external service providers and assist in coordinating and distributing development tasks.
Analyze and document existing processes to map them effectively in Salesforce.
Requirements
Extensive expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally including experience in a consulting role.
Technical skills: Apex, JavaScript, HTML, Lightning Components, REST and SOAP are part of your toolkit.
Experience in system integration.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning.
Excellent analytical skills and experience working in an agile environment.
Very good German and English skills (German C1, English B2) for confident coordination and presenting solutions to internal teams and clients.
Proven experience in the operational support of Salesforce projects.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for client projects (nice-to-have).
Ongoing professional development and pursuit of additional Salesforce certifications (nice-to-have).
