Responsibilities
Gather business requirements, guide business to follow platform best practices and translate them into technical specifications
Design and implement solutions using programmatic or point and click tools
Design and create integration logic
Guide younger team members
Continuously develop the expertise on Salesforce Platform
Analyze, debug/troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to Salesforce
Work in an Agile/Hybrid environment
Requirements
A technical university degree (min. Bc.)
Extended knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
Advanced hands-on experience with programmatic development: Apex, SOQL, LWC - JavaScript (ES6) and HTML are a must as well as basics of CSS
Knowledge of REST and SOAP
Experience (or willingness to learn) with VCS (Git) and CI/CD setup
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions
Sharing attitude to spread knowledge
Working proficiency in English is a must
Willingness to travel (EU)
