About the role

- Define a hiring strategy in partnership with the Leadership team
- Build processes leveraging ATS (Ashby), automation, and AI to attract the best talent globally
- Lead hiring efforts end-to-end, managing job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support CV screening and run initial phone screens where appropriate
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Lead sourcing and outreach on key hires when required
- Handle routine admin like offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination
- Provide feedback on market trends to influence people strategy
- Support broader People Ops tasks during quieter recruiting periods

- Exceptional track record of volume delivery across multiple functions
- Exceptionally organised with a very high attention to detail
- Extremely tech-literate with knowledge of best-in-class tooling, processes, and automation
- Data driven with strong awareness of recruitment funnels and bottlenecks
- Clear and confident communication skills to build relationships with candidates and team members
