Responsibilities
Define a hiring strategy in partnership with the Leadership team
Build processes leveraging ATS (Ashby), automation, and AI to attract the best talent globally
Lead hiring efforts end-to-end, managing job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication
Support CV screening and run initial phone screens where appropriate
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Lead sourcing and outreach on key hires when required
Handle routine admin like offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination
Provide feedback on market trends to influence people strategy
Support broader People Ops tasks during quieter recruiting periods
Requirements
Exceptional track record of volume delivery across multiple functions
Exceptionally organised with a very high attention to detail
Extremely tech-literate with knowledge of best-in-class tooling, processes, and automation
Data driven with strong awareness of recruitment funnels and bottlenecks
