About the role

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function for MyEdSpace, a global education technology firm. Define hiring strategies and manage recruitment processes across a wide range of roles internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Define a hiring strategy in partnership with the Leadership team
  • Build processes leveraging ATS (Ashby), automation, and AI to attract the best talent globally
  • Lead hiring efforts end-to-end, managing job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Support CV screening and run initial phone screens where appropriate
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Lead sourcing and outreach on key hires when required
  • Handle routine admin like offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination
  • Provide feedback on market trends to influence people strategy
  • Support broader People Ops tasks during quieter recruiting periods

Requirements

  • Exceptional track record of volume delivery across multiple functions
  • Exceptionally organised with a very high attention to detail
  • Extremely tech-literate with knowledge of best-in-class tooling, processes, and automation
  • Data driven with strong awareness of recruitment funnels and bottlenecks
  • Clear and confident communication skills to build relationships with candidates and team members
