About the role

  • Sales Ops Specialist focused on optimizing the efficiency of outsourced sales teams. Coordinating with marketing and ensuring proper data analysis in São Paulo, Brasil.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily whether leads sent by Marketing are being contacted within the stipulated time (Speed to Lead).
  • Follow up with the outsourced supervisor in cases of delay.
  • Conduct weekly CRM check-ups to ensure mandatory fields are being completed correctly.
  • Ensure the outsourced team executes the contact cadence according to the playbook.
  • Analyze a sample of leads marked as "Disqualified" to validate whether the discard was correct.
  • Consolidate qualitative frontline insights every two weeks and present them to the Marketing/Growth team.
  • Update and send the daily/weekly report with data to the Director of Revenue.
  • Support onboarding of new sellers, ensuring they have access to tools and receive necessary training.
  • Centralize support tickets to resolve operational blockers.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in Sales Ops, Commercial Intelligence, or Inside Sales Supervision.
  • Experience working with BPOs/third-party vendors is a major plus.
  • Tools proficiency: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) - Advanced level (able to create reports and dashboards).
  • Excel/Sheets: Advanced (for cross-referencing marketing and sales data).
  • Behavioral profile: Detail-oriented, assertive communicator, organized.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience structuring or restructuring sales operations; experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps); experience building forecasts and analyzing revenue predictability; experience implementing SLAs between Marketing and Sales; knowledge of CRM automations and integrations; experience reporting KPIs to executive leadership.
