Responsibilities
In this role you will be primarily responsible for handling leads.
Most lead handling is carried out by phone, but you will also be responsible for written communication with leads.
Actively generate leads by making outbound phone calls to potential customers.
Support lead generation by answering all customer questions.
Manage existing customers and ensure everything is done to keep them as satisfied as possible.
Hands-on work with our CRM platform (HubSpot) and the established sales process to keep track of all customers.
Provide support to customers during the after-sales process.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program or have completed Matura (Swiss high school diploma) / apprenticeship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with customers.
Highly motivated and result-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales results.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
A team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
