- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, features, and development practices.
- Promote clear, regular, and effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and business areas, ensuring alignment across all parties.
- Prepare progress reports and project management documentation to ensure visibility and effective monitoring of ongoing initiatives.
- Ensure project coherence and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and priorities.
- Participate in the analysis and definition of technical and functional requirements, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field;
- 3-4 years of proven experience in similar project management roles, preferably in technology-driven environments;
- Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies (certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus);
- Fluent in English;
- Strong results orientation, organisational skills, and critical thinking;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively in both technical and business contexts;
- Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
