Responsibilities
- Global project coordination for key advanced manufacturing projects, under the Lear Corporate IDEA initiative, focusing on Digitalization, AI and Automation.
- Track projects and report out key status changes as needed for all projects globally.
- Work closely with plant teams to help generate new ideas and escalate key issues in current projects as needed.
- Act as the main point of contact to the broader E-systems Advanced Manufacturing team, reporting out project metrics and status as required.
- Sync with AME representatives from other product lines to improve read across of ideas.
- Coordinate idea generation workshops to improve idea pipeline.
- Stay updated on key industry events, pertaining to Operations Efficiency.
- Support the development and expansion of internal global dashboard.
- Create project tracker dashboard and automated reporting, in Palantir Foundry.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in a related field: Engineering / Finance / Business.
- Project management experience in tech / automotive environment.
- 3+ years of project experience required.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Broad understanding of factory automation machinery and simulation tools.
- Experience with developing digital dashboards in Tableau / Power BI.
