About the role
- Project Coordinator supporting IT project planning and documentation within international Liebherr Sales & Service companies. Engaging in project meetings and contributing to PMO methods and tools.
Responsibilities
- Support in planning, controlling and documenting IT projects within the project portfolio of the international Liebherr Sales & Service companies (MSCs)
- Maintain and update project lists, status reports and dashboards
- Organize and support project meetings including minute-taking and follow-up of open action items
- Support resource planning, schedule coordination and progress tracking
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations and decision documents
- Contribute to the standardization of PMO methods, tools and templates
- Ensure smooth information flow and transparent communication among project stakeholders
- Support the further development of project structures and administrative processes
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in project management or a PMO environment – e.g. through internships or student assistant positions
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and an interest in PMO tools and reporting systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented and enjoy working in international projects
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
