Responsibilities
Support in planning, controlling and documenting IT projects within the project portfolio of the international Liebherr Sales & Service companies (MSCs)
Maintain and update project lists, status reports and dashboards
Organize and support project meetings including minute-taking and follow-up of open action items
Support resource planning, schedule coordination and progress tracking
Prepare and compile reports, presentations and decision documents
Contribute to the standardization of PMO methods, tools and templates
Ensure smooth information flow and transparent communication among project stakeholders
Support the further development of project structures and administrative processes
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Initial practical experience in project management or a PMO environment – e.g. through internships or student assistant positions
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and an interest in PMO tools and reporting systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team-oriented and enjoy working in international projects
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
