Responsibilities
Technical support and configuration of a Laboratory Information System (LIS)
Handling L2 support cases escalated from L1
Configuration of modules, devices, and user and system parameters
Monitoring and maintenance of system interfaces (HL7, LDT, and proprietary integrations)
Support for system rollouts and delivery of end-user training
Close collaboration with development, IT, and laboratory teams
Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes
Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT support or application management
Strong knowledge of Linux systems and services
Experience with laboratory or hospital information systems (LIS/HIS)
Familiarity with interface technologies such as HL7 and LDT is a plus
Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
Structured, independent working style with strong problem-solving abilities
Fluent German (C1/C2) and very good English skills
Willingness to travel of approximately 10%
