About the role

  • Customer Support Representative assisting German-speaking clients with BUX services. Providing support across various channels with a focus on positive user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting customers using BUX Investing and, soon, BUX Savings
  • Responding to chats, emails, and phone calls with speed, clarity, and care
  • Guiding new users through onboarding and helping them get started confidently
  • Staying up to date with product updates and internal developments
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the wider team
  • Collaborating across teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Assisting with translations and customer-facing content
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping implement changes
  • Maintaining and contributing to the team’s knowledge base

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Experience working in a customer-facing/support role
  • Interest in financial markets and investing
  • Exceptional communication skills to connect with our users
  • Quick learner and adept problem solver
  • Able to work independently but also willing to jump in and help your team as needed
  • Availability for a full-time role (40 hours/week)
