About the role

  • Solutions Specialist tackling customer automation while utilizing software tools in a dynamic environment. Join a respected team at TLG, caring for employees since 1967.

Responsibilities

  • Learn TLG’s software solutions – Docuware, BambooHR, Kofax, Office 365, Docusign, etc.
  • Install configure and customize software to tackle hot spots and automation needs of customers.
  • Analyze workflow of businesses documenting and flow charting the processes
  • Account for time on projects
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved to ensure representing TLG in a professional manner
  • Any other duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Must possess a current valid driver’s license
  • College Graduate
  • Computer and Networking Knowledge
  • Mandatory – Excel, Access, Database
  • Ability to manage time and stay on task while following a delivery schedule
  • Ability to work with a team and work directly with customers
