About the role

  • Sales Support Specialist in VIEWENTO handling customer relations, marketing, and operations. Focused on optimizing sales processes within a dynamic marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Creation, tracking and management of quotes and orders
  • Maintenance and updating of customer and sales data in the CRM system
  • Support in the preparation of presentations, reports and forecasts
  • Coordination between Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Finance
  • Ongoing optimization of sales processes and administrative workflows

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on Sales, Business Administration or Marketing
  • Initial experience in inside sales or sales support is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer orientation
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools is a plus
  • Independent, structured working style and the ability to proactively engage with customers
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
