Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, ensuring they align with business needs.
  • Provide technical guidance on ITSM processes and best practices to clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and services.
  • Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to ensure a seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Perform system administration tasks and manage application performance tuning.
  • Stay informed about new ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant or technical role.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows and business rules.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting and implementation of UI changes and Scripted REST APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and technical teams.
  • ServiceNow Certifications in ITSM or related fields.
  • Prior experience working in Agile project environments.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes.
