About the role

  • ServiceNow System Administrator responsible for configuring and supporting the ServiceNow platform. Ensuring optimal performance, user satisfaction, and seamless upgrades and implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including system configuration, module updates, and user management.
  • Support platform upgrades and new implementations, working closely with stakeholders to assess needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, administration processes, and user guides.
  • Provide technical support for users, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary.
  • Stay informed about ServiceNow updates and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow module administration, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow tools and technologies, including workflows, business rules, and script includes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skills, being able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification or related certifications.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and framework.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics or reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and other programming languages relevant to ServiceNow customization.
