Responsibilities
Advise and provide support to customers worldwide
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
Acquire new customers through telephone outreach
Receive and review customer inquiries, including preparing quotations, processing orders and follow-up
Work closely with the sales team, business partners and the application and design engineering team, acting as a competent point of contact
Coordinate delivery deadlines
Maintain and update master data
Requirements
Completed vocational training (commercial or technical)
Experience in international sales (preferably with technical products)
Strong results- and service-orientation, with an independent and meticulous working style
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong customer-facing attitude
Proficiency with standard MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
Native Spanish speaker with very good English skills, both spoken and written
Additional language skills such as Portuguese and German are a plus
Openness to change and new ways of working
Willingness to learn new programs and tools
