About the role

  • Theatrical Marketing Coordinator at MUBI supporting marketing campaigns for film releases in Italy. Collaborating with global teams while working hybrid-remote three days a week in Rome.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing team on all theatrical campaigns in Italy.
  • Oversee the localisation of global creative assets for the Italian market.
  • Draft Italian copy for website, newsletters, and digital ads.
  • Manage asset delivery to media partners, tracking deadlines.
  • Support talent and event organization in collaboration with Communications team.
  • Prepare insightful presentation decks for campaign wrap-ups.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in film marketing or a related creative industry, ideally with exposure to the Italian theatrical or exhibition landscape.
  • Genuine passion for film - from classics to new releases.
  • Interest in the mechanics of theatrical distribution and audience targeting.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong Italian copywriting skills to capture the MUBI voice.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is a significant advantage.
