About the role

  • Sr. Marketing Manager responsible for building integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales pipeline. Collaborating across functions to enhance engagement and deliver revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead high-impact demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies designed to scale Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQAs) and accelerate net-new pipeline
  • Design and maintain a comprehensive annual marketing calendar that aligns campaign activities with key business milestones and seasonal growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a central advisor to executive leadership, providing clear, consistent communication on marketing program plans and historical performance benchmarks
  • Collaborate as a strategic partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Partner teams to co-create unified marketing strategies and seamless campaign launches
  • Forge a strong alliance with the BDR team to ensure high-quality lead delivery and proper follow-up
  • Expertly manage strategic relationships with agencies and contractors, overseeing budgets and expectations to ensure high-quality, high-ROI delivery
  • Act as the internal champion for campaign transparency, communicating real-time progress, insights, and results to the broader business to influence future growth initiatives
  • Leverage deep analytical insights to refine audience journeys and improve foundational metrics
  • Provide hands-on leadership for multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring complex pipeline-building initiatives are executed on time and with precision

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of professional experience (3+ years of experience in marketing)
  • Start-up company experience is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred OR equivalent work experience
  • B2B (preferably SaaS) marketing experience
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Experience with Marketing Automation systems (Marketo preferred)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Experience working directly with Sales teams
