Sr. Marketing Manager responsible for building integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales pipeline. Collaborating across functions to enhance engagement and deliver revenue.
Responsibilities
Architect and lead high-impact demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies designed to scale Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQAs) and accelerate net-new pipeline
Design and maintain a comprehensive annual marketing calendar that aligns campaign activities with key business milestones and seasonal growth opportunities.
Serve as a central advisor to executive leadership, providing clear, consistent communication on marketing program plans and historical performance benchmarks
Collaborate as a strategic partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Partner teams to co-create unified marketing strategies and seamless campaign launches
Forge a strong alliance with the BDR team to ensure high-quality lead delivery and proper follow-up
Expertly manage strategic relationships with agencies and contractors, overseeing budgets and expectations to ensure high-quality, high-ROI delivery
Act as the internal champion for campaign transparency, communicating real-time progress, insights, and results to the broader business to influence future growth initiatives
Leverage deep analytical insights to refine audience journeys and improve foundational metrics
Provide hands-on leadership for multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring complex pipeline-building initiatives are executed on time and with precision
Requirements
6-8 years of professional experience (3+ years of experience in marketing)
Start-up company experience is a plus
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred OR equivalent work experience
B2B (preferably SaaS) marketing experience
Ability to manage budgets and analyze reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and proofreading skills
Proficiency with Google Analytics
Organizational and planning skills
Experience with Marketing Automation systems (Marketo preferred)
Proficiency in Salesforce
Experience working directly with Sales teams
