About the role

  • Director for Global Oncology Marketing overseeing hematology assets, collaborating on launch strategy and execution. Driving innovative marketing strategies for late-stage products in the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Disease Asset Leads to develop and execute the Commercial strategy of late-stage hematology assets.
  • Provide commercial leadership in close collaboration with Late-Stage Heme Asset Leads.
  • Drive innovative global execution to ensure critical launch deliverables are seamlessly adapted and deployed in priority markets, leveraging novel tools and approaches such as content accelerator and AI.
  • Provide commercial leadership, where appropriate, into Scientific Strategy development & execution (e.g., Congress Planning, Scientific Platform development, Medical Education programs, Patient Engagement etc.).
  • Collaboration with other functions /divisions in key markets to develop, plan and execute worldwide launches to ensure commercial and enterprise readiness.
  • Collaboration with key markets to develop global strategy, while supporting local needs.
  • Participate in the development of customer engagement strategy and scientific expert leader engagement.
  • Inform commercial planning assumptions, strategy and positioning through detailed competition tracking and assessment.
  • Provide commercial leadership for the creation & implementation of internal/external communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years combined marketing, sales, market access & pricing, marketing support or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
  • Understanding of healthcare market dynamics around innovation & capabilities, and the science of Hematology - Oncology.
  • Understanding of healthcare trends and reimbursement and policy issues and their potential impact upon our Company's business opportunities.
  • Experience leading strategy development and implementation at Global or affiliate level.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive initiative forward.
  • Strong collaboration skills, both within commercial teams and cross divisional teams.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages/information across the enterprise and to leadership.
  • Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and leading sub-teams and influencing without authority.
