About the role

  • Business Development Representative at MSPbots engaging leads and building sales strategies in a data-driven tech company. Collaborating with teams to optimize sales tactics and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities
  • Prospect and engage new businesses across multiple channels
  • Hold engaging conversations via phone and email with key decision-makers
  • Identify pain points and uncover root causes for a deeper sales discovery
  • Maintain up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with our business development team and leadership to optimize sales tactics

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in a sales or business development role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with cold calling and lead prospecting
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Bonus if you have experience with MSP tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, ServiceNow, Liongard)
  • A positive, coachable attitude (sports or competitive experience is a plus)
