Responsibilities
Lead strategic key account management and go direct business growth for all Indonesia
Drive commercial performance, develop long-term partnership and ensure profitable
Create 3 yrs strategic plan in key account, market entry strategy and Portfolio prioritization
Market share growth in Go direct segmentation, strong relationship and create business review with key account by quarterly
Take full accountability for revenue, costs and profitability
Ensure sustainable business performance through effective financial planning, accuracy forecast
Implement structured performance management and KPIs to ensure consistent execution and results
Lead and develop people to deliver results and grow together as team (Our company and distributor)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in veterinary or animal husbandry, Marketing or related fields
At least +8yrs of livestock /Key account management
Strong negotiation, commercial strategy and customer relationship skills
Excellent command in English
Able to travel, proactive, analytical and result-driven, strategic thinking, partnership thinking
