About the role

  • Strategic Key Account Manager leading growth and partnership for livestock and companion animals in Indonesia. Driving commercial performance and developing long-term relationships within key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic key account management and go direct business growth for all Indonesia
  • Drive commercial performance, develop long-term partnership and ensure profitable
  • Create 3 yrs strategic plan in key account, market entry strategy and Portfolio prioritization
  • Market share growth in Go direct segmentation, strong relationship and create business review with key account by quarterly
  • Take full accountability for revenue, costs and profitability
  • Ensure sustainable business performance through effective financial planning, accuracy forecast
  • Implement structured performance management and KPIs to ensure consistent execution and results
  • Lead and develop people to deliver results and grow together as team (Our company and distributor)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in veterinary or animal husbandry, Marketing or related fields
  • At least +8yrs of livestock /Key account management
  • Strong negotiation, commercial strategy and customer relationship skills
  • Excellent command in English
  • Able to travel, proactive, analytical and result-driven, strategic thinking, partnership thinking
