About the role

  • Account Manager managing schedules and coordinating operations for mobile service technicians at M.E.S.O. Inc. Ensuring efficient service support and effective communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Own the schedule – manage and coordinate daily schedules for our mobile service technicians
  • Support the field – process parts requests and ensure technicians have what they need to get the job done right
  • Keep customers informed – provide clear updates on timelines, lead-times, and service expectations
  • Maintain accuracy – update customer databases with current information and service details
  • Bridge communication – serve as the link between customers, technicians, and department managers
  • Support accounting – provide accurate maintenance contract billing information and prepare service invoices

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and customer-focused
  • Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer support within the equipment, trucking, or fleet service industry (preferred)
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in scheduling, billing, and documentation
