Responsibilities
Plan product and service launch campaigns with a customer-centric approach, directing campaign efforts to achieve optimal results.
Develop acquisition, nurturing, relationship and loyalty journeys.
Provide creative direction for artwork and copy produced by the creative team.
Liaise with and present projects to clients, and participate in strategic meetings with the data and business teams.
Continuously monitor project implementations.
Regularly track project results and key KPIs, recommending adjustments and course corrections as needed.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
Technical knowledge: Familiarity with CRM channels (owned and paid), building relationship/automation workflows, creating presentations, and strong data interpretation skills.
Skills: Empathy; ability to communicate ideas clearly; being didactic; delivering strong project and report presentations; being resourceful; working well with the team; agility; strong negotiation skills; and adaptability.
Language proficiency: English required.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven CRM experience required. Agency experience is a plus.
