Responsibilities
Construir, testar, manter e otimizar campanhas (email marketing, push notification, web push e whatsapp) pontuais e jornadas de relacionamento no Content Builder;
Automatização de processos e implementação de novas funcionalidades no Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
Administrar listas de contatos (Data Extensions) e segmentações via Query Studio e Filtros;
Conduzir a operação técnica do CRM multicanal e de forma multidisciplinar e dentro das boas práticas no Marketing Cloud;
Sugerir soluções para as necessidades levantadas;
Criação de templates modulares para disparo no Marketing Cloud;
Execução de teste A/B.
Requirements
Formação acadêmica em Marketing, Administração, Sistemas e/ou áreas correlata;
Necessário experiência com Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Email Studio / Content Builder / Query Studio / Automation Studio / AMPScript / Journey Builder (mandatório);
Certificado: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
Conhecimento em Adobe Campaign Standard será um diferencial;
Tempo de atuação: Mínimo 2 anos na área;
Idiomas: Inglês intermediário
