About the role

  • Lead Marketing Growth initiatives for personalized medicine in Asia-Pacific. Collaborate with teams to optimize multi-channel campaigns for user acquisition and branding in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance and acquisition engine to launch and elevate the brand as the Asia-Pacific hub for advanced personalized medicine
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, measure and optimize multi-channel campaigns
  • Drive growth initiatives and marketing strategies for user acquisition
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Implement SEO strategies for organic visibility and lead generation
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing team for conversion rate optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance and report insights to guide strategies
  • Manage paid media budget for maximum ROI

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, demand generation or performance marketing roles in B2C businesses running multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • Growth hacking mindset, with experience developing strategy and hands-on execution
  • Data-driven with a strong understanding of full-funnel metrics, attribution models and experimentation tactics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI
  • Effective communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate efficiently with teams and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and navigating ambiguity
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness or fitness verticals is a plus.
