Responsibilities
Lead performance and acquisition engine to launch and elevate the brand as the Asia-Pacific hub for advanced personalized medicine
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, measure and optimize multi-channel campaigns
Drive growth initiatives and marketing strategies for user acquisition
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels
Implement SEO strategies for organic visibility and lead generation
Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing team for conversion rate optimization
Monitor campaign performance and report insights to guide strategies
Manage paid media budget for maximum ROI
Requirements
7+ years of experience in growth, demand generation or performance marketing roles in B2C businesses running multi-channel marketing campaigns
1+ years of people management experience
Growth hacking mindset, with experience developing strategy and hands-on execution
Data-driven with a strong understanding of full-funnel metrics, attribution models and experimentation tactics
Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI
Effective communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate efficiently with teams and stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and navigating ambiguity
Experience in healthcare, wellness or fitness verticals is a plus.
