About the role

  • Account Manager managing high-value client relationships for UEAT restaurant solutions. Focus on customer satisfaction and retention through consultative sales approach in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proactive, ongoing management of high-value UEAT client relationships, including regular business reviews and development of a portfolio management plan aligned with strategic objectives
  • Optimize the customer experience at every stage of the lifecycle, ensuring full and effective use of UEAT solutions
  • Implement personalized retention strategies to prevent churn and preserve portfolio value
  • Support clients in increasing order volume and average order value through concrete recommendations
  • Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned clients, coordinating interactions with internal teams as needed
  • Provide ongoing training to clients to ensure they fully leverage the features of the UEAT platform
  • Handle complaints and compensation requests with rigor and efficiency, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up
  • Provide recommendations to the product team on key features or initiatives to develop in order to meet client needs
  • Use a consultative sales approach to recommend complementary UEAT services or solutions based on business needs
  • Complete required documentation quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth, professional experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in strategic sales, account management, or business development with proven results, including at least 1–2 years in client relationship management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of consultative selling processes, pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience developing relationships with strategic clients
  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and clients
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability to evaluate performance and guide strategy.
