About the role

  • Business Development Representative driving sales for Mollie, a fintech company, in the DACH region. Engaging new businesses to grow Mollie's customer base and eliminate financial bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

  • Win net new revenue by closing deals with e-commerce, POS, and Omnichannel customers.
  • Own and execute the full sales cycle, from managing inbound/outbound leads to proposal creation and closing.
  • Proactively acquire new B2B customers through high-volume field sales outreach - calls, on-site visits and email sequences - to build market presence.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience working in a high-performing Sales environment.
  • Proven ability to execute cold outreach effectively across phone, on-site visits, LinkedIn, and email channels.
  • Fluent German (at least C1 level) to engage, qualify, and close deals successfully in the DACH market.
  • A track record of operating successfully against measurable Sales KPIs and ambitious revenue targets.
