Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support high-volume hiring needs across MFG and RDC locations
Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Conduct candidate screenings in both English and Spanish
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Provide timely updates and ensure a professional candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers and plant leadership to understand staffing needs
Develop recruiting strategies aligned to business demands
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
Experience recruiting for manufacturing, distribution, or hourly workforce roles strongly preferred
