About the role
- Bilingual Recruiter at Dal-Tile managing high-volume hiring for manufacturing and distribution roles. Collaborating with hiring managers to attract and engage candidates, ensuring an efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support high-volume hiring needs across MFG and RDC locations

- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct candidate screenings in both English and Spanish

- Partner with hiring managers and plant leadership to understand staffing needs
- Develop recruiting strategies aligned to business demands
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, distribution, or hourly workforce roles strongly preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
