About the role

Responsibilities

  • You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store.
  • You ensure product availability and the accuracy of the figures in your area of responsibility.
  • Together with your team, you present products attractively.
  • You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team.
  • You are responsible for the service counters and ensure optimal performance.
  • Through careful staff planning, you motivate, develop and inspire your employees.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh-food sector or as a butcher.
  • Ideally, master craftsman certification in the butcher trade or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier.
  • Preferably some initial leadership experience in service counters.
  • Extensive knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products.
  • An outgoing, responsible team-player personality.
