About the role

  • Leiter/Verantwortlicher für Frische- und Bedientheken in deutschen HIT Märkten. Verantwortung für Warenverfügbarkeit und Kundenberatung sowie Teamführung in Bonn/Rhein-Sieg-Kreis.

Responsibilities

  • You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
  • You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct
  • Together with your team, you present products attractively
  • You advise and serve customers individually, personally, knowledgeably and warmly
  • You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the corresponding refrigerated shelves and chests in self-service
  • You demonstrate your ability in staff scheduling and in motivating employees

Requirements

  • Completed training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh food sector or as a butcher
  • Ideally a master craftsman certificate in butchery or advanced training as a meat or cheese sommelier
  • Preferably some leadership experience in the area of service counters
  • Excellent knowledge of the wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
  • An outgoing, responsible team-player personality
