Responsibilities
You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store.
You skilfully balance demand-driven purchasing with efficient product turnover.
Together with your team, you present products attractively.
You advise and serve customers in an individual, personal, knowledgeable and friendly manner.
You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance and presentation of the associated refrigerated shelves and freezers in the self-service area.
Requirements
Completed training as a specialist in fresh-food sales or as a butcher.
Preferably a master craftsman qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier.
Preferably some initial leadership experience at service counters.
Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products.
A sociable, responsible team player.
