About the role

Responsibilities

  • You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store.
  • You skilfully balance demand-driven purchasing with efficient product turnover.
  • Together with your team, you present products attractively.
  • You advise and serve customers in an individual, personal, knowledgeable and friendly manner.
  • You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance and presentation of the associated refrigerated shelves and freezers in the self-service area.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a specialist in fresh-food sales or as a butcher.
  • Preferably a master craftsman qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier.
  • Preferably some initial leadership experience at service counters.
  • Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products.
  • A sociable, responsible team player.
