About the role

  • Sales Representative for Diatec AG selling diagnostic medical devices in Audiology and Vertigo. Responsible for achieving sales targets and customer support in the West and German-speaking regions.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and sell diagnostic devices in the fields of audiology and vertigo
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets
  • Manage existing customers and acquire new ones
  • Prepare occasionally complex quotations
  • Provide technical and professional support via remote maintenance
  • Perform new system installations and provide on-site customer training
  • Solely manage the sales territory, requiring approximately 40–60% travel

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in a technical field (electronics, medical technology) or training as a hearing aid acoustician
  • A knack for sales and enjoyment of customer interaction
  • Outgoing and engaging personality with the ambition required for the role
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
  • Proactive, self-reliant, a team player and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills in German and French (Western Switzerland), good command of English; other language skills advantageous
