Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for Partner roles across multiple practices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Collaborate with smart, motivated colleagues in a culture that values impact, collaboration, and inclusion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of recruiting experience
  • At least 2 years focused on Partner/executive-level hiring in a fast-paced professional services environment
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn, market research, networking, referrals, and other creative channels
