Responsibilities
Support in applicant management and day-to-day recruiting activities
Create and publish job postings
Coordinate interviews
Communicate with applicants and clinic locations
Contribute to recruiting campaigns and social media initiatives
Prepare for and participate in recruiting events
Support Active Sourcing and the maintenance of talent pools
Prepare recruiting reports and analyses
Collaborate on projects to improve our recruiting processes
Requirements
You are a student (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Business Psychology, Communications, Marketing or similar) or starting a dual study program
You have an interest in Recruiting, HR or Talent Acquisition
You are comfortable in a digital environment and have a good sense for target audiences
You are familiar with social media, LinkedIn and similar channels
You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
Very good German language skills; English is a plus
