About the role

Requirements
- Some practical experience in recruiting, ideally in active sourcing or candidate outreach
- Solid knowledge of active sourcing and a good sense for approaching talent
- Experience working with ATS and common recruiting tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to professionally advise hiring managers
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent German skills; good English skills are a plus
- Nice to have: experience recruiting in occupational health / company medical services
- Experience building scalable recruiting structures
- Knowledge of employer branding or recruitment marketing
- Affinity for KPIs and data-driven recruiting
