About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner for IVC Evidensia in the DACH region. Focused on active sourcing and building talent networks with a passion for veterinary medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Active sourcing of veterinarians, corporate profiles and operations
  • Building long-term relationships with talent
  • Direct outreach via LinkedIn, social media, phone and network
  • Guiding candidates through the entire recruiting process
  • Building a strong talent pool and university and partner networks
  • Co-creating new recruiting strategies
  • You help us find the right people — not just collect applications.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, active sourcing or talent acquisition
  • Enjoy engaging with people and building relationships
  • Confident use of LinkedIn, social media and recruiting tools
  • Curiosity about new recruiting methods
  • Self-starting attitude and eagerness to drive things forward
  • Experience in veterinary medicine is a plus but not required
