About the role

  • Recruitment Specialist connecting teachers with job opportunities in UK schools through Zen Educate platform. Follow up on leads and build positive relationships with candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Calling candidates (Teachers, Teaching Assistants and other roles) to engage with them the Zen educate platform and help them find work in UK schools as quickly as possible.
  • Follow up inbound and outbound leads and drive urgency in finding work through Zen Educate while providing all necessary documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Monitor job boards to engage and attract the highest quality candidates before any traditional, expensive recruitment agencies do.
  • Interact with candidates in a friendly and helpful manner and maintain positive relationships to keep them on board with us and create a great candidate experience
  • Increase the number of talented candidates on our platform and help place them in roles by matching their skills to the schools’ requirements
  • Work collaboratively across the business with the sales and technology teams to help improve efficiency in providing value to candidates.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in education OR phone sales or recruitment experience
  • Passion to pursue a career in sales
  • Experience working in or with the UK education sector is helpful but not essential
