About the role

  • Associate Executive Recruiter at CDW coordinating executive recruiting activities. Managing candidate logistics and supporting executive-level sourcing and research operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of executive recruiting activities by providing coordination, research, and sourcing support.
  • Coordinate complex interview scheduling for executive-level candidates across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Manage candidate logistics including travel coordination and meeting materials.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Prepare interview packets, candidate profiles, and briefing materials.
  • Conduct executive-level sourcing and research using LinkedIn Recruiter and related tools.
  • Support development of executive talent pipelines through research and outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree OR 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or sourcing roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools.
  • Exposure to executive-level recruiting environments.
  • Experience supporting multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Interest in developing executive recruiting capabilities.
