About the role

  • Client Executive managing existing client portfolio and identifying new revenue opportunities at Marsh, a leading insurance broker. Hybrid role based in Ghent or Antwerp, Belgium.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers
  • Deliver sales and growth within your predefined area
  • Collaborate with other Account Management colleagues to execute on the growth and retention strategy
  • Serve as a client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions

Requirements

  • A strong Corporate or mid-sized Commercial Insurance background
  • Cross-class knowledge including Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine and Financial Lines
  • A passion for elite client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Fluent in Dutch/English
