About the role

  • Customer Success Operations Specialist ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through collaboration and operational excellence. Managing inquiries and supply commitments to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, managing inquiries, escalations, and supply commitments.
  • Monitor backlog, demand signals, and order status to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to address supply risks and demand or execution gaps.
  • Build trusted customer relationships through proactive, transparent communication and represent customer needs internally.
  • Manage orders and customer data using ERP/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in Customer Success, Order Management, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain Operations in a global environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and operational dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
