Responsibilities
Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, managing inquiries, escalations, and supply commitments.
Monitor backlog, demand signals, and order status to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to address supply risks and demand or execution gaps.
Build trusted customer relationships through proactive, transparent communication and represent customer needs internally.
Manage orders and customer data using ERP/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in Customer Success, Order Management, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain Operations in a global environment.
Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and operational dashboards.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
