About the role

  • Senior Specialist in CRM Onboarding & Engagement improving user activation and retention at McAfee. Designing onboarding pathways and performing analytics for product adoption and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategy and optimization of early-lifecycle and engagement journeys
  • Design high-impact onboarding and engagement experiences that drive activation, product adoption, and long-term retention
  • Support strategic vision and performance of onboarding and engagement journeys across CRM channels
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to translate lifecycle strategy into executable campaigns
  • Continuously test and optimize for impact
  • Understand customer behavior, identify friction points, and design journeys that guide customers from first touch to long-term value

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles
  • Strong experience designing onboarding or engagement journeys within a CRM platform
  • Comfort working with performance metrics, funnels, and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience partnering with execution teams while owning strategy and optimization
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills
  • A test-and-learn mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
