Responsibilities
Support the strategy and optimization of early-lifecycle and engagement journeys
Design high-impact onboarding and engagement experiences that drive activation, product adoption, and long-term retention
Support strategic vision and performance of onboarding and engagement journeys across CRM channels
Work closely with Marketing Operations to translate lifecycle strategy into executable campaigns
Continuously test and optimize for impact
Understand customer behavior, identify friction points, and design journeys that guide customers from first touch to long-term value
Requirements
5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles
Strong experience designing onboarding or engagement journeys within a CRM platform
Comfort working with performance metrics, funnels, and experimentation frameworks
Experience partnering with execution teams while owning strategy and optimization
Excellent storytelling and communication skills
A test-and-learn mindset with attention to detail
Strong project management and organizational skills
