Responsibilities
Develop content for email marketing and creatives for Ads campaigns, aligned with the communication strategy and the target audience profile
Manage and operate CRM platforms, ensuring correct segmentation of the customer base
Set up and send SMS and WhatsApp campaigns
Create and monitor campaign performance reports, proposing continuous improvements
Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize customer communication and engagement
Support the planning and execution of relationship and loyalty initiatives
Continuously seek new solutions, tools, and best practices in CRM.
Requirements
Previous experience with CRM platforms (such as Mailchimp, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, RD Station, Klaviyo, among others)
Knowledge of creating reports and dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI or similar)
Experience with automated communication campaigns, especially via SMS and WhatsApp
Experience creating copy and creative assets for email marketing and digital ads
Previous experience in content creation
Analytical, proactive profile with a strong desire for continuous learning
