About the role

  • CRM Analyst at Check Commerce managing campaigns and performance analysis to enhance client relationships. Developing creative content and optimizing communication strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content for email marketing and creatives for Ads campaigns, aligned with the communication strategy and the target audience profile
  • Manage and operate CRM platforms, ensuring correct segmentation of the customer base
  • Set up and send SMS and WhatsApp campaigns
  • Create and monitor campaign performance reports, proposing continuous improvements
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize customer communication and engagement
  • Support the planning and execution of relationship and loyalty initiatives
  • Continuously seek new solutions, tools, and best practices in CRM.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with CRM platforms (such as Mailchimp, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, RD Station, Klaviyo, among others)
  • Knowledge of creating reports and dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI or similar)
  • Experience with automated communication campaigns, especially via SMS and WhatsApp
  • Experience creating copy and creative assets for email marketing and digital ads
  • Previous experience in content creation
  • Analytical, proactive profile with a strong desire for continuous learning
  • Strong communication skills, organized, and attention to detail.
