About the role

  • Analyst managing customer success and overseeing post-sales for clients in a flexible infrastructure company. Involves project management and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolios with a focus on monitoring construction projects and post-sales support;
  • Understand clients' needs and respond to requests promptly;
  • Maintain an overall view, prioritize and direct requests to resolve deviations;
  • Resolve incidents with clients by acting as an intermediary and ensuring resolution with other company departments;
  • Ensure, monitor, and communicate customer satisfaction across the organization;
  • Manage projects and support multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • Serve clients through multiple communication channels;
  • Monitor performance indicators;
  • Prepare commercial proposals;
  • Update information in the CRM and ERP;
  • Issue service orders and register complaints;

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience managing client portfolios with a focus on monitoring construction projects and post-sales support.
