Responsibilities
Active sales of our products within the assigned territory (region: Netherlands, Belgium, Northwest Germany)
Managing and developing existing customer relationships as well as targeted new customer acquisition
Conducting product demonstrations (beam profile analyzers and power meters) directly on customers' laser systems
Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with OEM customers
Acting as an interface to our CRM and ERP systems
Participating in budget planning
Responsible for achieving defined sales targets
Requirements
Completed university degree (Master's or Diplom) in a scientific or technical field, ideally physics or engineering
Relevant professional experience in sales of laser or measurement technology suitable for this role
Very good English skills, spoken and written
Strong sales competence and experience in customer relationship management
Independent and structured working style and high self-motivation
Ability for forward-looking planning and consistent execution
