About the role

  • Senior Sales Territory Manager responsible for sales of laser measurement technology solutions in assigned regions. Focus on existing customer relationships and new client acquisition with product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Active sales of our products within the assigned territory (region: Netherlands, Belgium, Northwest Germany)
  • Managing and developing existing customer relationships as well as targeted new customer acquisition
  • Conducting product demonstrations (beam profile analyzers and power meters) directly on customers' laser systems
  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with OEM customers
  • Acting as an interface to our CRM and ERP systems
  • Participating in budget planning
  • Responsible for achieving defined sales targets

Requirements

  • Completed university degree (Master's or Diplom) in a scientific or technical field, ideally physics or engineering
  • Relevant professional experience in sales of laser or measurement technology suitable for this role
  • Very good English skills, spoken and written
  • Strong sales competence and experience in customer relationship management
  • Independent and structured working style and high self-motivation
  • Ability for forward-looking planning and consistent execution
