About the role

  • Werkstudent im Customer Success & Business Development bei mjuks, einem D2C Lifestyle-Startup in Wien. Engagiert in Kundenbetreuung, Beratung und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung im Start-Up Umfeld.

Responsibilities

  • You will complete a professional training program in B2B Customer Success & Business Development
  • You will manage your own customer portfolio and be responsible for providing them with excellent advice
  • You will support our customers after purchase and nurture them into key accounts for the company 🤝
  • You will also support our Customer Service team with ongoing customer care
  • We make time for feedback and one-on-one meetings. It’s important to us that you have a steep learning curve.

Requirements

  • You are open to an adventure in a young start-up
  • You love learning new things and thrive on challenges
  • You are strong in communication and a true team player
  • Confident presence and excellent presentation and communication skills 💃
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • You work proactively and enjoy taking responsibility
  • “That won’t work” isn’t in your vocabulary 🙌
