About the role

  • Assistente Financeiro managing the processing of tax invoices in a real estate company. Responsible for compliance with accounting standards and reporting KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and import tax invoices using the company's designated system
  • Control and clean up invoices by department
  • Analyze and post accounting entries in accordance with the company's chart of accounts
  • Post tax invoices for purchases of goods and for services rendered
  • Track outstanding invoice issues and drive resolution of the process
  • Gather documentation required to support external audits

Requirements

  • University degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
  • Experience with Mega ERP is a plus
