About the role

  • User Acquisition Manager optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Korea and APAC for Mistplay, the #1 loyalty app for mobile gamers.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize UA campaigns across major platforms including local platforms.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Report campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Creative to develop and test high-performing assets.
  • Manage relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and platform partners; identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Creative, and Sales teams.
  • Stay up to date on mobile UA trends, privacy changes, and new platform opportunities in APAC.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of hands-on mobile UA or performance marketing experience.
  • Proven success managing multi-platform campaigns and meaningful budgets.
  • Bilingual in English + Korean or Japanese (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
  • Experience with SDK networks, DSPs/SSPs, and major UA platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
