About the role

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver content that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue for Mindtickle
  • Collaborate on content themes, storytelling approaches, and thought leadership that advance our AI and Revenue Enablement narrative.
  • Refine AI-generated drafts and own thought leadership
  • Mentor agency partners to scale our voice and impact.
  • Own meaningful work and grow with a fast-moving team.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company (experience in Sales Enablement, HR Tech, or AI is a plus)
  • Proven ability to transition from strategic planning (setting content pillars, audience segmentation) to tactical execution (writing and editing blogs and thought leadership)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing content that simplifies complex B2B concepts for executive and practitioner audiences.
  • Data-driven, collaborative, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve rapidly, similar to companies like Slack or OpenAI.
