Responsibilities
Design and manage end-to-end content workflows from ideation to repurposing
Build templates, briefs, and modular asset structures
Implement AI-assisted content workflows and prompt libraries
Own the editorial operations calendar and optimize time-to-publish
Automate multi-channel publishing across web, social, email, and campaigns
Build systematic repurposing pipelines for core assets
Establish standardised distribution playbooks for campaigns and evergreen content
Own the content technology stack (CMS, marketing, automation, AI tools)
Build and maintain automations and integrations across the system
Continuously evaluate and optimise tools and workflows
Define and track operational KPIs
Build dashboards and reporting loops
Connect content output to MQLs, pipeline influence, and campaign performance
Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and subject-matter experts
Enable consistent messaging and scalable content use across teams
Requirements
3-6+ years in content operations, marketing operations, growth, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with CMS, marketing automation, and automation tools
Strong systems thinking with an analytical, process-driven mindset
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a scale-up environment
